If I get a craving for food when I am not hungary I take a walk either outside or just around the house. It may be just 5 or ten minutes , it gives me time to think about chores or projects I need or want to do. 30
I mgot this tip from Walk It Off magazine: When you wake up in the morning, say out loud what your fitness goal is, "I will walk 40 minutes." That way, it's in your mind and you don't want to make a liar out of yourself. You can do this with any goal.
Often when I'm feeling bored or particularly emotional, I feel the urge to reach for some comfort food. Try walking it off instead! Take a walk, even if it's just around the block. Bring the dog or a friend. Find solace in exercise!
