  • my hubby/mate has type 2 dietbetes, & rite now his gluclose level stays rite around 250 or so. he needs insolin, but 4 now we cant afford it. so he takes an exstra 1/2 metaphormin tablet as needed. we w/o 5 daz a wk for 2 1/2 hrs. he enjoys these w/o's exstremely. so do i, but i am the 1 that has an addiction 2 tract everything... - by CHANGESINME

    Silly me! I started my walking program about 114 days ago....walked through all this SoCal heat...YUCK! However, I did it! Can't wait for the fall walking though...hopefully it won't be too rainy this winter, too...shooting for 356 days! - by WANDAC2013
