Don't worry be happy!334 Don't borrow sorrow from Tomorrow! Easier said than done but. Try to deal with today...today. Tomorrow has it's own troubles, trials and tribulations. ou are missing the joy of today or dealing with waht you have in front of you right now if you are always looking forward to tomorrow's drama/stress
If you have the time today to exercise, just do it. Don't put it off until tomorrow thinking you'll have the time then. If your life is anything like mine something will pop up and you won't be able to get it in tomorrow either and then that's two days without exercise. Get it done today because you never know what will happen tomorrow.
Take a 15 minute walk or do some strength training, whatever it takes to get the exercise in.
