Finding the time to work out is something with which many of us struggle. I tend to multi-task, so I try to build exercise into my day in ways that fit in with other activities. My treadmill is by the laundry room, so I throw in a load of laundry before I start my run. While I run, I watch the news. I throw the laundry in the dryer before I start my strength training, and then fold the laundry while I do cool down stretches on my exercise mat. Laundry, news and a workout, all at the same time.

This is silly but I would normally get dressed in my work out clothes 1st thing in the morning....even if I wasnt going to work out right away! I would wear them all day till I worked out. I hated to take them off if I didn't work out. It made all the difference! I almost always made time to workout
