I use a goodd, old cup of hot tea before and after all meals and snacks. I drink mostly all herbal teas so not to have all that caffine. Once in a while I drink black with milk. Let your meal settle for 20-30 mins. No sugars or milk. Decaf green is so good. I blend it with my non-green ones.106
my secret is that help me see the pounds come finally come off is . a change in my exercise routine, instead of me doing 30 min walk away the pounds every day. I do now is the 10 minute trainer 6day a week.. I also drink 16 ounces of water before meals and 1 cup of green tea 30 minutes to an hour after each meal .I also stay with in my calorie intake.
there is no equipment I use but my computer , I don't even go outside when its cold or raining anymore. I found out about you tube and I was shock when I found out that I could do a different exercise every day this saves me money for new clothes.check it out.just type 10 minute exercise and pick
I have found that drinking Green Tea is helping - I have 3 - 6 cups a day along with at least 8 - 10 pints of water. Green Tea is proven to aid with weight loss as well as having other health benefits - also the caffeine found in Green tea is dramatically lower than black tea & coffee which of course means less caffeine happier body!!
