I saw on the Dr. Oz show someone who had lost alot of weight and she was showing examples of what she ate, to satisfy her sweet tooth she used 2 graham crackers and put Cool Whip Free in between them and froze them, it sounds very good, I am going to try it, she said it was 130 calories
