With school supplies plentiful this time of year, I ran into this cup little plastic portfolio for 3 x 5 index cards. I picked it up thinking it would be great to keep my healthy recipes in. That way I wouldn't have to go through my 'everything' box and run across the cookies, pies, desserts and unhealthy foods that would distract me. This seems to work really good. All my healthy recipes at my fingertips. It's also small enough to fit in my purse so I have it with me for grocery shopping.

The easiest way for me to get into a healthy habit is by going slowly. So I add one healthy recipe to my diet at a time. Then once I have that recipe down I add another and eventually everything we're eating at home is healthy. I might try a healthy dessert to add one week or a healthy entree next..
