I can preserve a healthy mindset by just simply believing in PROGRESS & NOT PERFECTION~

(if all else fails~water 8 ounces of water) and a little walk can save my attitude.

    I have a sign on my refrigerator: "Perfection is a concept and has no physical reality."

    I honestly believe that completely removing a favorite food from my diet spells disaster. Learning to eat a reasonable portion every once in a while helps me stay in control.
