I like to set time blocks in order to get enough water in. 7-11 am = 4 glasse; 11-3 pm = 4 more glasses; 2 more in the evening to get in 10 glasses. Helps a lot for the weekends.

Getting enough water in helps me stay hydrated and feeling better in every way. When I don't drink enough water, I feel bloated and "blah". SOO, in order to make sure I get a good start on getting in enough water in a day, I fill up a large water bottle the night before (atleast 16 oz is what I do) and stick it beside my bed. In the morning, the first thing I do is drink the water...

if you don't like room temp water you could freeze it first and then sit it by your bed so that in morning it should still be a little chilled.
Many, many days of not getting enough water, but I'm getting better with it. My secret - start as early in the morning as possible. Even better to get active as early in the morning as possible to increase the need for more water.
One of the challenges is getting enough water during the day. I use a 44 ounce "to go" cup from the corner C-store. I used to fill them with Diet Coke, now I fill them with ice and water and I use a big straw and just suck down that water! Try it, it's so tempting, you can't help but get the 44 ounces at a time!274
