I have a dietitian friend who blogs her dinners every night with photos and recipes, as well as a weekly meal plan and shopping list. Health through voyeurism i suppose. Check her out! thebestpickle.blogspot.com

I met with a Dietitian and she got me going on the right track, not only for weight loss, but for motivation and overall heart health! I would recommend to all for that little extra boost! 244
My dietitian is REALLY against artificial sweeteners like Splenda and such but she isn't against Stevia!
Stevia is a natural sweetner - fairly new to the market - and still being researched... I will pass on this website which give information on both sides - the good and the bad (which isn't much)... http://www.steviasideeffects.org/
My dietitian tells me I can eat whatever I want - not to deprive myself. But she also cautions portion control. What I have learned is that the first two bites of something tastes the best. SO I try to stick to two bites. That way I can still get a taste of it but not overindulge.
