This is a VARIANCE on a secret I shared when I was losing weight. When I was losing weight, I weighed myself in the morning EVERY DAY and wrote the wt. /body fat % on the calendar as a way to help me FOCUS. Now that I am on the "Maintenance Road" -as I call it-- I try to keep my weight at 177 or below {though my goal weight was 173.8,which I achieved, my body has readjusted itself to 177 or a pound or two less. I feel more comfortable at that weight.
MORE INFORMATION:
I noticed ,too, that I don't FEEL THE NEED to weigh myself every day anymore, just 1 or 2x a week is sufficient. If I see my weigh going above 177 at any time, I cut back a LITTLE on the cals. and exercise MORE or least MAKE SURE I GET the EXERCISE IN that day or the next.
