I also try to get my exercise in first thing in the morning. If i'm having a good day i will also do a workout in the afternoon.

Going to be earlier
Going to bed earlier is one of the first steps to success for me. If I go to bed an hour earlier then I am not hitting the snooze button in the morning, I can get up and have breakfast not be rushed, and get in morning exersises. To me that is better than watching another hour of re-runs on tv.
I get up so early (5:30 am) that getting up even early during the work week seemed daunting. So, my five days starts on Saturday mornings! So two early mornings aren't really all that early. On the weekends, I can sleep in until 7 am and still get a good morning workout in. Once I started this...the exercise excuses disappeared! 401
I find that packing my lunch helps me stay on the program and eat healthy. That way I have a plan and can say no to food brought into work by others. 30
