  • This is the best thing for me. If I start the day and decide what I am going to eat for the day. I add it to the tracker and see what I have left and if I used the right amount of calories and proper fats and nutrients. I used to use the weight watcher tracker but it is expensive and this is free. When I stopped tracking and planning I gained the weight back. I have gone back to tracking and planning and I am again loosing. emoticon - by CMORSE03

The tracker really helps me figure out a game plan of what I need to steer clear of and what I need to add. I usually always have to find a way to add more protein. I try to make sure the vitamins at the bottom are close tot he numbers as well but Magnesium and potassium are hard. It does help though when you can log it first.! emoticon - by WHERE_I_ROAM
  • I do this and it helps bunches. Once I get it in the tracker and see my calories for the day I can make changes if I'm way off track. Or a double check the accuracy of the calorie count before eating. - by TLEA53
