check SparkRecipes for traditional raita recipes and use instead of mayo

I used a raita dressing instead of mayonaise to make chicken salad. Used fat free Greek yogurt (it's so thick it can easily substitute for mayo) and followed traditional spices used in raita recipes. It was really delicious and I didn't miss the mayo at all!
My most troublesome time for calorie counting is DINNER!!! I like to eat a meal that is filling,but not too high in cal. and I ALWAYS seem to overdo it! So, I tried using JUST Sparkrecipes for DINNER and it WORKED! I usually was in my calorie range!!! I'll list one that I have liked and used...
