    People don't realize how hard it is if you have never been a big excerciser. I am doing pretty well and really have to force myself some days. But, 6 lbs in 3 weeks helps alot.

    I lost my weight doing weight watchers. I still go to the weekly meetings and it really helps knowing that I will be accountable.
