Even If I Don'T Feel Like Working Out...

If I have a day where I get home and I am just beat from the day, I still exercise.

I will watch my favorite TV show and during commercials I will get up and start stretching my body out. Then when the show comes back on I rest and when the next commercial comes on I will do lunges, then rest. Next commercial I will do a few pushups and stretch again.

Something it better than nothing at all!

    so true...moving around during commercials...good way to stretch the muscles when you just don't feel up to a full workout

    Eventhough i may not feel like working out, I will end up making myself move and in the end i feel a whole lot better.

    I do my stretches before I get up. I have to or I wouldn't be able to get up! Once THAT is accomplished most of the time I can then move around without a muscle spasm. emoticon

    Yes TV is an addiction I enjoy. I even sit on my exercise bike sometimes.

    When I don't feel like working out I try to add house work to it and see if I can get some done or I go outside and walk!

    Usually, if I don't exercise in the morning, I don't exercise. This is a good idea.

    i do the same thing. I might do crunches during one commercial or I might do some strength training with some weights. Every little bit helps!
