Even If I Don'T Feel Like Working Out...

If I have a day where I get home and I am just beat from the day, I still exercise.

I will watch my favorite TV show and during commercials I will get up and start stretching my body out. Then when the show comes back on I rest and when the next commercial comes on I will do lunges, then rest. Next commercial I will do a few pushups and stretch again.

Something it better than nothing at all!

  • I do my stretches before I get up. I have to or I wouldn't be able to get up! Once THAT is accomplished most of the time I can then move around without a muscle spasm. emoticon - by MOONGLOWSNANA
