Starting today, even if you usually sit at your desk (or on the couch) and eat lunch, commit to a 10 minute fitness break. Just stand up at your desk (or couch), look at your watch and walk for 5 minutes then turn around and walk back. Commit to doing that every workday for a week. Gradually build up speed and you'll walk a little farther each time. You can gradually work your way up to 30 minutes or more, but even 10 minutes of cardio a day is beneficial! Before you know, it will be a habit!
