Having the same routine on a weekly basis keeps me focused. I vary the CDs and the type of exercise, but I strive to maintain at least 30 minutes daily first thing in the morning. Having a schedule keeps me on track.
I have a large selection of exercise CDs and a variety of small, space saving items like stretch bands, hand weights to use with my workouts. Convenience is the key.

The key to seeing results from exercise is consistency. Even if you can only work out for 10 minutes at a time....do that 10 minutes religiously. Be dedicated to your workout time. That consistency will make exercise a habit and you will see results!
