I lay out my workout clothes for the next day where I can't miss them in the morning. It's hard to blow off doing at least 10 minutes of exercise when the clothes are there staring at me first thing in the morning, and that carries over to staying on track in other areas all day!

Start today, right where you are, don't try to fix any catastrophes or disasters. Instead claw your way out of chaos by proactively organizing today, for tomorrow. Today think about, plan, get out, prep, & take care of, exercise clothes, regular clothes, food, water, planning sleep time, alarm, all ready & set for tomorrow. Then tomorrow, empty your kitchen sink & shine it, if it's already done then declutter for 15 mins. Set a timer & work til it goes off.

Get ready for tomorrow's plan, today. Get a plan for tomorrow's exercise, tomorrow's food, tomorrow's H20; get a strategy; get a daily routine and a weekly routine. Reboot as needed. You may not get all you planned to do done today, but you'll still get more done than if you hadn't planned at all.
