When I started to track my food, I realized how much I was taking in.. The calories, the sodium.. Just by cutting my portions back and I have lost at a reaitivly fast pace. It is amazing what you consume, and you dont even know it

    You're not alone! Also it's amazing what without weighting it we make our kids eat. Maybe we make them eat more than they need when we fill their plate!

    I cut portions by adding a fruit, veggie or soup. Some times a good gulp of water helps curb my hunger pains. . .Thanks for the reminder. . .
