Years ago, my dad took me on a hike at Purgatory Chasm, and I instantly fell in love with the calm and quiet of the whole place. So, now whenever I don't feel like exercising or I feel like doing something a little different, I head up there and climb through the Chasm and explore a new trail. Even after all these years, it is everchanging and calming, all at the same time.
The best part is all I need to a pair of sneakers, which are always on hand, the cellphone, and my knife, and I am ready to go.

I allow myself one hour each day, usually in the early morning, to have quiet time by myself. I use this time to do my SP coaching,and I think about my day ahead. After my quiet time, I feel ready to take on the challenges of the day.
I really love when I finally get myself out of the house to go for a jog/walk. Itís so peaceful and quiet, and you donít need to think about anything. Just makes me love going for a jog outside and getting some fresh air.
