I get on the treadmill (or head outside if its nice) first thing in the am - I feel great getting it done first thing, then I don't have to worry about how I'm going to squeeze it in the rest of the day; especially since I'm much less motivated the later the day gets.
I try to take one day at a time. If I take one problem and solve it the problems start to melt away. If I think of all the things I have to do or the problems that need attention I get overwhelmed. Sometimes I take the time to write them all down so I don't forget what needs to be done but the list helps me focus and prioritize what needs to be done first.
