Download free podcasts to exercise with. I use Skip Orem and he has workouts on podcast to listen to for bikes, walk, run, strength, etc. Just about anything you want. Really helps keep you motivated and mixes up your routine.

I like to listen to "This American Life" on NPR. I let myself listen to it when I'm exercising and no other time. When I listen to this podcast, or another one, I don't want to stop exercising until it's done so I get in a full hour workout. 30
Listen to motivating podcasts while drifting off to sleep
Every night when I hop into bed I put my Ipod earbuds in and listen to motivating podcasts like fat2fitradio or Jillian Michales.
