I have started on this website a few times and each time, I have failed, but not this time! I have found that if I sit down twice a week and plan all my meals and snacks for the next 3/4 days and input them all on here, then I am less likely to eat anything else.

MORE INFORMATION:
On days when I know I'm going to be going out for dinner for example, this helps me to know how many calories I will have left to eat at the meal.
