Use a sharpie permanent pen (you can erase with alcohol) to write your goals on your bathroom or personal bedroom mirror. It's even better if you draw a representational picture of them. Start your wording with I am or I purchase etc. Everyday as you look in the mirror it in scripts on your mind. I purchased a new car, got a new job, and moved to a new place this way. I had written on my grandmother's mirror. Years later my mom returned the mirror and all the goals were still there. It works!
I had literally forgotten about the mirror, but when I reviewed the mirror I had even put time limits and dates on when I wanted these goals to happen. They all happened within a month of my chosen date. Claude Bristol discusses this process in "The Magic of Believing" create your changes in life!

Using dry-erase markers on my bathroom mirror, I wrote things like "healthier", "pool parties", and "confidence" to remind me why I'm doing this. Now, whenever I am looking in the mirror I get that motivational boost. Hopefully I will be able to look into the mirror soon and also see it's working.
