I'm Finding that what my Dr. said isn't True for Me...I was told to eat 45 carbs at each of my 3 meals and 15 for my 3 snacks. My numbers did come down but not where they should be. I dropped my carb count to under 100 per day and now my numbers are much lower. Everyone is Different I guess...

How do we plan? Going to the grocery store and buying healthy foods then tracking them on our nutritional tracker. Or, by making a fitness plan and following up with cardio and strength training. If we have no plan we WILL fail.
