When I really need a snack I try to get a lot of protein so I mix and match some things. I like to put a cup of yoplait light vanilla yogurt along with a serving of granola cereal which is high in fiber. I sprinkle some frozen blueberries for a finishing touch.

I always have a few hard boiled eggs in the fridge. One egg white has only 17 calories and 4 grams of protein.... Helps me get to the 60 gms of protein I need a day.
Combine some plain yogurt with the flavoured kind. I hate artificial sweeteners, so I usually buy the kind that has sugar. But it is too sweet. I find that if I cut it with plain yogurt such as activia, it actually tastes much better and it is less sugary. I divide the yog into two portions.
