Some things that REALLY bump up the flavours of simple foods:
*fresh lemon juice
*spices [example: mediterranean rubs, blackened seasonings]
*a little olive oil drizzled on still-hot-just-steamed veggies: the famous explosion of flavour [this is not a myth]

  • yes many things can be added to bring the flavor out of foods . a drop of vinegar or a spot of lemon or lime can help with the taste . of anything . I added vinegar to green beans the other night to make them taste better . - by SUGARSMOM2
