Identify what triggers you to eat and plan around it. For example, I know that mid afternoon I am going to want something sweet. So I bring some jelly beans or on biscuit with me to give me that sweet boost without going mad. I guess jelly beans might be another secret as they give a great sweet boost without having to eat loads emoticon
