I began meditating several months ago and decided it was time to loose my weight. When you meditate everything is effortless, but you need to be consistent in your meditation. I meditate twice daily for 30 minutes each time. emoticon

Meditation lowers blood pressure, calms you down, you become aware of everything important, your ego gets in check, and life becomes beautiful.
