Freshen Up After A Little Exercise

I usually walk on my lunch break and, sometimes I get a little sweaty. I keep a small container of unscented baby wipes and a travel size deodorant in my desk drawer. That way I can still find time to fit in my exercise and not be "offensive" to my coworkers...or myself!

    I like the idea of the wipes. I spent most of last summer very embarrased when I came back from my lunch walks! I will have to remember to bring some in!

    I do the same thing!! I have a mini deodorant and a body spray at my desk. :)

    This is a great idea. Lunch is really the best and only time I have to work out.

    That is a fantastic idea. I have to limit my workout at lunch to allow me to shower before going back to work. But something like this will allow me to add more minutes to my work out on those days that I am extra motivated to do it.
