I keep a DARK chocolate bar in the freezer, so when I am having a "sweet tooth" attack I break off a small piece and it keeps me from binging on bad stuff. If I really want a treat I dab a little bit of peanut butter on it........YUMMY!!!

I usually eat an ounce or so of dark chocolate every night.
According to everything I read dark chocolate other than being a little high in calories is quite good for you. It is packed with antioxidants and healthy fats. I just save some calories for my chocolate fix.
Generally the darker the chocolate the healthier. I like 70% cocoa the best; I've been trying to develop a taste for 85% cocoa. 85% is still a little too bitter for me to enjoy.
