Eight cups of water was really hard for me until I purchase a 32 oz. water bottle. I just drink two of those a day and I'm good! Also the bottle doesn't have a screw top, its easy to get into and leak proof so far. Need to carry it with you everyday for this to work.

Addicted to soda? I know I was! Try flavored seltzer water to satisfy your carbonation cravings. Not only does seltzer water count towards your eight cups of water per day, after a while you won't even miss soda! And if you check out the store brand of seltzer water, you'll also end up saving some money, because it's less expensive than soda, too!
I hate water, but I love my family. I've got a 32 oz. Breast Cancer Awareness mug that I use everyday. I have an aunt who is in remission, and every day I tell myself to drink 64 oz. of water to stay healthy. 32 oz I drink for me, and 32oz is for her. That's my eight cups of water a day, cheers!
Water keeps me away from soda. I used to drink ~ 10 cans a day. My teeth felt grimy, it slowed me down, & I craved sweets unlike ANY OTHER. When I bought my mug I decided it had to inspire me to keep form the sweets. When Breast Cancer Awareness month came & I saw the mug, I knew it would work.
If I know I have plans in the evening, I try to make sure I drink my eight cups of water before I go out. This way I know I'm well hydrated if I choose to have a fun (low-calorie) beverage while I'm out. If I have water before I go out, it also helps me control my appetite more easily.
