time is slipping away and motivation is getting harder because it not staying light that long anymore and walking at night it not the best ive been trying to keep walking in the morning but i cant sometimes i have to go at night where is the time going??????

Mix your stuff up a bit - I mean like look at your watch...and step up your pace for say 3-5 minutes.... You'll be surprised... Also when walking I work my triceps...

the summer is going so fast and I like to walk at night too. It's getting hard to walk at night cause the dark is coming sooner. but I have a good flashlight and wear a safety vest and it helps

I use Walk Away the Pounds workouts by Leslie Sansone it is a very good walking work out and the DVDs are everywhere and are on 10 to 12 dollars. I hope you continue to walk.
