I found one tastes great and low fat and low carb. You have to like dark chocolate. It is actually smooth and creamy like milk chocolate. Each piece (70% cacao) is 30 calories( size of a coat button) 3 g of fat, 2 carbs. Several flavors all organic, vegan , fair trade, and gluten -free. Only draw back is 6oz bag costs $20. I find a bag can last me about 30 days as it is so rich and satifying if you suck on it, that I only eat one or 2 at a time. Made in the USA.

Put your ice cream in a cone! I always tend to serve up more than just one serving (1/2 cup? yeah right!) but you can only fit so much in a cone, and it makes it more fun and tastier too! Plus, it helps me resist the temptation to top it with chocolate, cherries, etc... that could get a lil too messy!
Waffle cones are my favorite, and only 50 calories each. (Plus, it makes it harder to go back and fill up your bowl for more- because you've already eaten it! :) Edy's Light Caramel Delite ice cream is a great combination, btw.
Freeze dark or any kind of decadent chocolate you like. I find that if I let the bag just sit in my cupboard I am more apt to just grab piece after piece until I've binged big time. Freezing it not only keeps you from overindulging, but letting it melt slowly in your mouth helps you feel satisfied with less.
My favorite chocolate is Lindt's 70-80% cacao dark chocolate.
