Use 3 oz dispenser cups (like what your dentist uses, or the ones you buy for in your bathroom) for portion control. I put my trail mix, frozen yogurt, chex mix, grapes, etc in the cup and that's my portion!

Keep a 16 oz cup nearby and have a cup of water as soon as you wake up. If you exercise in the morning, make sure you have another 16 oz. cup of water during exercise. For the rest of the day, drink from a 16 oz. bottle of water or a 16 oz. cup.
345 I was uncertain about this product b/c I read some negative reviews on Amazon, but when I saw it on sale at Walmart I decided it was cheap enough to try. Love it! EASY to use and clean. I have both scents: cucumber and green tea ~ very pretty! Best of all it is antibacterial soap!
