Everyday I try to do something nice for someone else. I work with young people all day and I want to find a way to make at least one person's life easier. It makes me feel happy to know that I can help others.

Each day I make an effort to do three things: 1) Do something nice for myself 2) Do something nice for someone else 3) Do something on my "To Do" list These things are great motivators for a positive life.
I've found that I often think something nice about someone (how they look, something they have done, etc) but often do not vocalize it. I have been trying harder to actually say it out loud. I may even write it on a note. I let that person know. It is amazing how good you both feel!!
