    That's great (: I just started the Kind Diet and it involves a lot of whole foods and has great recipes. Anything pre-packaged, especially if it's not organic, is full of chemical preservatives that we just don't need. Good "Secret of Succes" emoticon

    i try and make sure i don't buy it in the first place! (LOL) i figure; if it stays at the store (ice cream, chips and salsa, candy!) then i can't eat it at home! if i do eat it; then i write it down right away ON ANYTHING IF i'm away from my computer! then i slip that paper in my pocket AND LOG IT ON MY NUTRITION TRACKER ASAP!!
