I pack my lunch bag for a work day of healthy food. I eat my breakfast at home, but I pack my snacks and lunch to make sure I eat healthy. Snacks (in the 100 cal snack bags) include grapes, pretzels, special k bars; and a Weight Watchers meal for lunch. I graze on healthy stuff all day. No guilt.

Instead of eating out at Zoup! every day (healthy menu), I'm going to plan a soup party and invite all my friends! I'll only have to make one extra large batch of soup, and after the party I'll have a variety to choose from, and pack my own lunches.
PLAN AHEAD AND KEEP THE FRIDGE/PANTRY STOCKED WITH HEALTHY OPTIONS
Always have a plan! Going out to run an errand at lunch? In a meeting during lunch? Plan ahead by keeping water and a piece of fruit, some nuts etc. with you in your car or briefcase. Don't be tempted by the drive thru if you are in a hurry!
Better yet, keep your pantry and fridge stocked with the healthy food you love. After buying fruit and veggies chop it up and put it in little bags/containers for easy access. You can throw together a salad or wrap in no time. Traveling? Pack your own meal for the car, plane or train!
