I enjoy watching T.V. and usually rather watch a show than exercise for an hour. However if you can do crunches, jump rope, bicep curls and stretching during commercials. A different exercise for each commercial break as many set you can do while staying in proper form. You won't miss your shows and you won't feel the agony of exercising you just got in! And no guilt for watching T.V.!

If you have u verse tv and don't have money to buy workout DVD's, or you frugal like me, look for work out exercises on free demand .You go to free demand AND THEN EXERCISE TV video. They are usually about 20 min, and they changer them periodically. You have to live through some commercial but that a small price to play for free and new exercise program
I go to the gym 2x wk (on my days off) and do the treadmill and bike for a total of 40 minutes. I walk 20 minutes on the other days. On the days the weather is bad, I use Exercise TV (on demand from Comcast) for various exercise videos!
I like the variety and mixing it up, and no excuses, I just do it! I have had to start slow and keep at it!
