I have found that weighing in weekly on Wednesday works good for me. In the past I always weighed in on Fridays and that lead to weekend binges. Monday weigh ins didn't work so well because of occasional straying on weekends. Wednesdays work well, it all averages out anyway but I recomend trying the Wednesday weigh in.

My husband and I are in a pounds challenge at work. The weigh ins are on Monday mornings. I find it really helps me to stay on track over the weekend. Of course the bad thing about the whole situation for us is that we work nights and so we have been up and eating. Kinda a negative in my opinion but it is what it is..
