    This is how I keep motivated. I promised myself that I would log everything I eat if that is the only thing I do. It keeps me on track and so does logging my exercise. I have a nice steak going now and do not want to start over!

    I totally agree with you. It's when you are disconnected that "any old thing" sets in and most of the time, it that which does not have a beneficial result for you. emoticon
