The plastic bags that you get from the store & you don't know where to store them. Well, use an empty kleenex box. You can stuff the bags inside & you're able fit quit a bit in the boxes. You can then place the box in a draw or under the sink. TheTP rolls & paper towel rolls I use to organize extension cords and wires. I measure each one and gab a roll and write the size on them. When I'm done I put them inside a see thur plastic bin.

I love sandwiches, but I use lettuce (mostly Romaine though any will do) to wrap around the meat, onions, shaved carrots etc. I also do the same thing for burritos. Use lettuce instead of bread or tortillas.
I lay out the lettuce, and place the veggies on and then a slice of meat. I then roll it and place a toothpick in it to hold it together while I roll the next one.
Need: roll of paper towels, plastic food storage container with lid the depth of towels, water and vinegar or any cleaning liquid.
Cut a roll of paper towels in half. Fill about a quarter of container with solution of water and vinegar or cleaning liquid. Put towels into the container to absorb liquid. If not quite wet enough add a bit more liquid. Cut round hole in center of lid to pull towel through. If towels get dried out before all used, just add more liquid.
I love the dishwasher safe cutting boards. Usually made from Plastic, glass or any other surface that slips. If you heavily dampen one ( two paper towels if thay are thin). Place them under your board for rolling or hand chopping. The board will stay in place. For a long job, wet it again as needed.
I like the reusable boards because the wood is hard to maintain.Plastic or tempered glass are easier. They often have glued on feet that come off in the dishwasher. This is better than replaing it. I just removed the feet when one falls off and this makes the product usefull again.
