Start by giving yourself permission to eat what you want. As soon as you tell yourself, "tomorrow I'm going to stop eating cookies" you want to head straight for the cookie jar. Instead, give yourself options. So I can eat 1 cookie or I can save the calories to have a little extra at dinner.
