If you're like me you'll look at that honeydew, cantaloupe, etc sitting in the fridge and then grab the pudding cup b/c it's easier. So my solution is the day I go to the farmer's market I bring it all home and clean, chop, freeze, etc all my fruit so it's all ready to go and when me or my son wants some peaches or something they are all already to just grab & eat.
