ALL animals (even insects!) have 'had enough to eat' when they've reached their required PROTEIN level, rather than when their stomach is full. Even grasshoppers become fat when given a LOW-protein diet due to continuing to eat until they reach their 'stop point' of protein.

    I wonder how much protein is enough? Does it vary for each person or is there a set requirement for all to follow.
