The best advice I ever got about running was to concentrate on pushing the used air out. Your body will get air in--you don't need to worry about it. Use your abdominal muscles to push out the carbon dioxide and fresh air will come rushing in.

Yoga Deep breathing is a great way to cut the stress. Practicing breathing in Yoga, and during exercise engraves proper breathing on our beings. Then, when we are faced with stressful situations, we can easily fall into proper breathing to help us deal with the stress.414

Even though breathing is an automatic reflex for each of us, did you know that during stress, people temporarily stop breathing at a normal rate? During stress and other crises, our bodies temporarily react to stress by breathing at very shallow levels.
