Sometimes when things are tricky, we struggle to resolve the issue all by ourself. That takes a lot of energy, time and can lead to frustration when just asking someone can get you the answer right away. Ask somebody!! Here at SP, there are lots of people who will lend a hand.

Sometimes we all need a little help with staying motivated. If you feel the need for help, just ask. Enlist your family and friends to be available when you need a boost. Get a workout buddy or a good friend you can count on to call in a pinch. There is no shame in asking for help if you truly need it!
