I use food service scoops for fast and easy measuring of food. The scoops come in lots of sizes from teaspoons to cup size. I use the teaspoon and 1/2 cup the most. They also are great for baking cookies , cupcakes and pancakes. emoticon

MORE INFORMATION:
There are number on the end of the scoop to tell you how many servings per quart there are.

What a fantastic idea. This will be a "must purchase" as soon as tomorrow. Thanks a million.

I love this tip. Where can you buy these? A restaurant supply store?

I never thought about using food service scoops - I have been dipping food into my plastic measuring cups and then trying to get it out again. This is a great idea that really should do the trick. Thanks for posting! emoticon

Great idea. I am going to try using them. I just broke one of my measuring spoon and was going to buy a new set. Now I'll get food service scoops instead.
