Losing Weight



Mix a glass of water with two cups of oat and a lemon. Drink it three times a day or every time you eat something.

It is useful to lose weight and reduce the cholesterol. It is good good for constipation too. I recommend to use a yellow lemon because it is healthier than the green one. You can use as long as you want.
