The Elevator Can Be An Exercise Site

Some days, my knee objects to my use of the stairs. While I wait for the elevator, I do some stretching and, while in the elevator, do hip flexors, squats or other stretches. Then I walk the long way around the floor to my office. The ride is not wasted &, through the day, I can get 10 or so in.

    I have knee problems, too, and this is a wonderful idea! Not only did you find another opportunity to do exercises, but you aren't tempted to feel badly that can't do the steps. You've turned a disadvantage into an advantage --- I need to start thinking more like that!
